If you purchase Treatment products then you may be eligible for a refund. Prevention products and Combs are NOT eligible for a refund.
If you are not totally satisfied after using our treatment products according to the directions placed on the bottle or inserted in your kit, you must return the used AND unused bottles. Be sure you return ALL treatment products within the order for a full refund.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You have 30 days from when your product was shipped to request a refund. We do not issue refunds past this 30 day period.
We DO NOT refund the cost of shipping.
If a package is refused we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund amount.
If taxes were applied to your purchase, they will not be included in the refund amount

Please Contact Us by selecting the Contact Us form located at the top of the site. In the message field simply tell us you'd like to initiate a return. We'll review your request and provide you with additional instructions.
If we do not receive your return package within 14 days your purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund regardless of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all used and unused treatment bottles (in a sealed plastic bag).
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive your product, and you cannot prove your product was returned, we will not issue a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 Business Days of package receipt.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 Business Days of package receipt at Lice·Wits, please check with your bank and credit card provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
